This book is about the adventures of Katniss Everdeen. By this point she has survived the Hunger Games twice. But she is still not safe. The Capitol is angry at her and wants revenge because she has caused unrest. President Snow wants her gone and that everybody else (Katniss's family, Her friends, People of District 12) is not safe either . The book is haunting and thrilling.
