A young man (played by Aidan Cullen) has parents that are going through a divorce. During these turbulent times, he rebels and steals the ashes of his dead Grandfather (played by the experienced Jon Voight. He decides to run away into the wilderness with his dog. The boy wants to fulfill his Grandpa's dying wish. It was to spread his ashes at the top of a remote mountain. The ghost of his Grandpa assists the young man in his exciting journey.
