This movie is a modern Western. It tells the story of two sisters, Ollie and Deb. They become unlawful to improve their lives. Ollie has previously helped the residents of her North Dakota oil boomtown access Canadian health care and medication. The authorities catch up to her so she plans to stop her assistance. But a desperate plea from her sister that makes things even more complex.
