This movie is about three stories about the world of opioids. First a drug trafficker arranges a multi-cartel Fentanyl smuggling operation. Secondly an architect recovering from an OxyContin addiction finds that her son is involved with narcotics. Thirdly a university professor finds out that his research employer runs a drug company that influences government to create a "non-addictive" painkiller.
