After earth experiences food shortages and terrible dust storms, Scientists hatch a plan for interstellar travel. Matthew Mcconaughey character (Cooper) is one of the chosen few that undertakes the mission. Cooper leaves his daughter behind and his relationship with her becomes pivotal to the success of the mission.

Although there aren't as many "Astronaut's in Space" shots as in Gravity, Interstellar manages to display some cool Space effects. The story line is more captivating than Gravity hence we don't need as many space shots to keep us interested.
