This series is about the powerful Delaney Companies and its effect on the surrounding community. It is set in the fictional city of Somerset, Illinois. Then after two years of the series it was turned into a crime-laden melodrama. It became similar to CBS's "The Edge of Night". This series lasted 6 years.
