This series is about three beautiful lady detectives. They receive their missions via a speakerphone. A wealthy man named Charlie is on the phone line and he runs a detective agency. John Bosley is his personal assistant. The cases are very interesting and we see the three ladies in action sequences: self defense, arms and in vehicles. This series helped launch Farrah Fawcett's career. It also helped spawn new "Charlie's Angels" cinema movies.
