This series launched the career of talented comedian "Robin Wiliams". It is about an eccentric alien that comes to Earth to study its residents. He lives with a human woman and studies her behaviour. Robin Williams physical comedy was second to none. His verbal comedy was also spot on. Pam Dawber who plays Mindy also was hilarious and they both did great teamwork.
